Source: PSI Insurance License Examination Candidate Information Bulletin for Ohio (PSI file "OH INS19"). THE BULLETIN PRINTS NO REVISION OR EFFECTIVE DATE; the only date available is the PDF metadata CreationDate, 2019-05-28, which is metadata and not the publisher's own note. Minimum passing score 70%. SCORED QUESTIONS are the outline's own "N questions" header: the bulletin's NON-SCORED QUESTIONS section says "Your examination contains non-scored questions... These questions will NOT be scored and time to answer them has been added to the time allowed", so the printed count is the scored count and pretest items are additional. WEIGHTS are the publisher's own area percentages and sum to exactly 100 in every section. CODES: PSI labels areas ("1.0 Insurance Regulation 10%") and sub-topics ("1.1 Licensing"); the items beneath a sub-topic are unnumbered indented lines that lose their indentation in extraction, so item codes are derived positionally (1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), exactly as taxonomy/life-health/oh.json already does for Series 11-35. Statutory references are the publisher's own inline parentheses, split out into statutoryRefs; where PSI's own parentheses are unbalanced (e.g. "Employment covered (required, voluntary) (4123.01, .28, .54))") the reference is left inline in the title rather than guessed at. Ohio sells BOTH single-line producer exams AND a combined one, so three sections are recorded: Property Series 11-46 (100 questions), Casualty Series 11-47 (100), and Property and Casualty Series 11-36 (150). All three are single outlines mixing product knowledge and Ohio law, so there is no general/state split to record. The Ohio Department of Insurance licence table in this bulletin lists Property, Casualty and Personal Lines among the Major Lines, each requiring 20 hours of pre-licensing education and an exam; the bulletin adds that a candidate for Series 11-36 must present BOTH course-completion certificates on the day of testing. The three outlines are not copies of one another: 11-36 has ten areas, 11-46 eight and 11-47 nine, and the same area carries different percentages in each (e.g. "Homeowners ('11) Policy" is 14% of 11-36, 18% of 11-46 and 15% of 11-47).
