Source: PSI Pennsylvania content outlines, fetched 2026-09-17 from https://proctor2.psionline.com/media/programs/PAINS/<series>xx.pdf. The PDFs print no effective or revision date; their PDF CreationDate/ModDate is 2026-01-22, one year newer than the edition at the neighbouring path <series>.pdf (2025-01-22), which was fetched and compared. SCORED QUESTIONS: the outline's own 'N Items - M minutes' header. pa-psi-cib 'EXPERIMENTAL ITEMS' says 5 to 10 unscored questions are administered IN ADDITION TO the item count printed in the content outline, so that count is the scored count, not a total. WEIGHTS are the publisher's own area percentages and sum to exactly 100 in every section. CODES: PSI labels only the areas ('1.0 Insurance Regulation (21%)'); its subtopics are unlabelled indented lists, so subtopic codes are derived positionally (1.1, 1.1.1, ...) as taxonomy/life-health/pa.json already does. The nesting is the document's own indentation, recovered with `pdftotext -layout`. Pennsylvania sells THREE Property & Casualty producer exams and publishes a separate outline for each: Property and Allied Lines 16-04, Casualty and Allied Lines 16-05, and the combined Property and Casualty 16-06 (pa-psi-cib 'TYPES OF LICENSES' and the examination-fee table). Each outline is a single document mixing product knowledge and Pennsylvania law, so there is no general/state split to record. In 16-06 PSI numbers its areas 1.0-10.0, then 14.0, then 11.0 and 12.0, in that printed order and with no 13.0; the codes are recorded as printed and the areas kept in the document's own order. (Pennsylvania Producer's Examination Content Outline - Property Insurance (16-04); Pennsylvania Producer's Examination Content Outline - Casualty Insurance (16-05); Pennsylvania Producer's Examination Content Outline - Property and Casualty Insurance (16-06)).
