Source: PSI New Mexico examination content outlines, the set the New Mexico Candidate Information Bulletin dated 6/4/2026 lists as "Effective 7/1/2026" -- in force today (2026-09-17). Each outline PDF prints NO revision or effective date of its own; its three-line header (title / Series / items and time) is its only self-identification, so that header is quoted per section and the effective label comes from the bulletin that links it. The superseded "Effective thru 6/30/2026" set still returns HTTP 200 at guessable neighbouring paths (.../NMINS/1828.pdf beside .../NMINS/18-28nm.pdf) and was fetched and compared: the edition was read out of the documents (PDF CreationDate 2026-06-04 vs 2024-09-25, and the older set prints "- 70% correct to pass" in its header while this one does not), never inferred from the URL. Every area is weighted by the publisher BOTH as a percentage and as an item count; both are recorded, the percentages sum to 100 and the item counts sum to the exam's declared item total. The bulletin's EXPERIMENTAL ITEMS section states that 5 to 10 unscored items are administered IN ADDITION to the number in the content outlines, so those counts are the scored counts. Sub-topic codes are positional: the outlines carry no printed labels and nest by indentation alone. Statutory and regulatory citations printed in trailing parentheses are recorded in statutoryRefs rather than left in the title, following taxonomy/life-health/nm.json. New Mexico sells THREE Property & Casualty producer exams -- Property Insurance Producer (18-28), Casualty Insurance Producer (18-29) and Property and Casualty Insurance Producer (18-31) -- and all three are products, so all three are recorded. The three are NOT reprints of one another: 18-31 is a distinct 150-item outline with 13 areas and its own weighting, not the union of the two 100-item ones. (New Mexico Property Insurance - Examination Content Outline (Series 18-28); New Mexico Casualty Insurance - Examination Content Outline (Series 18-29); New Mexico Property and Casualty Insurance - Examination Content Outline (Series 18-31)).
