That printed revision note is the document's own and it is the CURRENT edition: on 2026-09-17 PSI's own programme records for these exams (bulletin ids 7228, 7227 and 7209) each returned the identical 2,437,350-byte PDF already committed as ny-psi-candidate-bulletin. Area weights are the bulletin's own percentages of the examination and sum to 100; the bulletin's EXPERIMENTAL ITEMS section states that 5 to 10 unscored items are administered IN ADDITION to the item counts printed in the content outlines, so those counts are the scored counts. Sub-topic codes are positional: the bulletin's sub-topics are un-numbered lists whose hierarchy is carried by indentation alone, and area order and nesting are the bulletin's own. New York administers Personal Lines as a single exam, Series 17-54, mixing general concepts and New York law, so it is recorded as one 'combined' section. A CPCU holder may instead sit Series 17-74 (Property Casualty Laws and Regulations) for this same licence; that outline is recorded once, in taxonomy/property-casualty/ny.json as state_cpcu, rather than duplicated here.
